- We only keep username,password and email addresses as client information (Payments are made completely through PayPal) and all client information is stored in secure encrypted databases and is confidential.
- Passwords, emails, etc will never be sold or given to any third parties.
- IP addresses are logged to prevent abuse and the logs are deleted weekly.

Terms of Service - TorrentFlux accounts are for legal content only. We cannot and will not be held responsibility for anything you as a customer download. The responsibility is yours to make sure you hold the copyright to any material you download.
Clients are allowed to host adult content as long as it is legal. - We will not monitor what you download,upload or store.
- If complaints are recieved of any copyrighted material on the server we will delete it immediately.
